Winter edition of Engage now available
The winter edition of Engage, the district's print newsletter, has been delivered to residents of the school district. Articles include stories pieces about new staff members, a story about the Lloyd marching band's successful season, and a story about the district's wellness activities.
Lloyd staff member named Teacher of the Year
Rhonda Smith, physical education and health teacher at Lloyd Memorial High School, was named Secondary Physical Education Teacher of the Year by the Kentucky Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. An article about Smith's recognition was recently published at the River City News website.

District one of eight in NKY applying for preschool grant
The River City News published an article earlier this week about a federal grant that the Erlanger-Elsmere School District--in conjunction with seven other local districts--is applying for. The grant, if awarded, will expand access to regional preschool programs.
